Born and raised in Toronto, James has called BC his home for over a decade. He additionally carries a decade of financial services industry experience alongside a number of industry accreditations, including the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and life insurance license. James is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a BA alongside a Masters of Management from the Sauder School of Business at UBC. Jamie is a self-motivated and results-driven leader who prides himself on being available and accessible to clients who need advice and support. Outside of his profession, James is passionate about the outdoors, pursuing skiing, mountain biking, fly fishing, camping and boating. He also cherishes spending time at the cabin alongside his wife, Christina, his three brothers, parents, extended family, and friends.

Anthony Windeyer

Anthony has worked in financial planning for over 20 years. This broad understanding of financial planning products and strategies combined with his many years of experience allows him to seamlessly integrate insurance product solutions that greatly enhance clients overall financial situation.

Anthony believes that helping our clients with their insurance needs is a sacred trust.

His goal is to always provide our clients the very best in the way of advice, service, and insurance related product solutions, available anywhere in the financial services industry today.

Monique Trépanier

Monique is responsible for providing estate planning guidance to Estate and Trust clients. Prior to joining Scotia Wealth Management, she practiced law for several years at a large firm in Vancouver, specializing in the areas of wills and estates law, charity law and corporate commercial law. Monique is focused on helping affluent clients build, preserve and transfer their wealth. She creates integrated wealth management solutions that incorporate investment management, estate and trust services and private banking.

Estate and trust services are provided by The Bank of Nova Scotia Trust Company.

Tricia McIver

Tricia is a trusted and highly experienced consultant to accomplished business owners and affluent families on matters associated with transition and wealth. She helps guide families through the unique opportunities and challenges they may be facing in the areas of wealth, tax & estate planning, philanthropy, family governance and business succession planning by taking time to thoroughly understand specific goals and objectives.

When dealing with business owners, Tricia helps ensure that personal and business goals are aligned by examining the entire financial situation—including the interaction between family, business and ownership structures for today—and with a future transition in mind.

As a Total Wealth Planner, Fan is responsible for guiding our clients through our Total Wealth Planning process, which begins with a thoughtful consideration of their entire financial picture, immediate needs, and goals for the future. With a clear understanding of our clients’ unique financial situation, Fan collaborates with our team of specialists to develop a customized Total Wealth Plan that is comprehensive, forward-looking, and tailored to help each client reach their financial goals. Through an evolving Total Wealth Plan, Fan works with our clients to help them achieve future success – as they define it.

Prior to joining Scotia Wealth, she was a tax manager with an international accounting firm. Her practice included corporate and personal tax planning, estate planning, succession planning, corporate reorganization, and CRA appeal work. Fan obtained the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Royal Roads University. In addition to this, she holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) designation and has successfully completed the CICA In-Depth Tax course. Fan is currently pursing the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation. Fan is also fluent in Mandarin. In her free time, Fan volunteers with CPA BC and other non-profit organizations.
